After gaining initial experience in the field, cellar, and laboratory in the Chianti Classico region at some of the most famous wineries, he specialized in the most innovative techniques in the field of red wine vinification and preservation at the prestigious Victor Segalen University of Bordeaux 2, Faculty of Oenology.
He later expanded his horizons with work experience as an oenological consultant in some prominent wineries, including Hay Shed Hill Winery in Margaret River, Perth, Australia, and Thelema Mountain Vineyards in Helshgoogte Stellenbosch, South Africa.
Now, back in his homeland, he serves as an oenological consultant for carefully selected wineries. With us, Francesco is free to express his creativity and professionalism fully. A seasoned tasting expert, he is part of numerous evaluation panels and frequently conducts tasting courses for experienced palates or simply wine enthusiasts.
